FEU Cavite Conducts Anti-Bullying Campaign.

     An Anti-bullying campaign with a theme of #LikeShareLove:EmbracingDifferences was being conducted at the moldex gymnasium of FEU Cavite headed by the Guidance Counseling and Career Office of FEU Cavite on September 7 and 20 2018. The event took seven hours to finish with activities and seminars to attend to. It started at exactly eight o’clock in the morning with almost 80 percent of the population of the senior high students took part with this activity.

     In the morning, seminars took place with some  people who shared their thoughts and ideas about the activity. The event roughly started with games together with some representative coming from each sections. The Student Council  of the school headed by Ms. Jazzen Del Mundo also gave assistance to the GCCO to make the event into reality. After some games, Mr. Reyes of the GCCO talked to the students about what is a bully and what is to be bystanders or the one who will stand up for the victims. ” We should stop bullying, we should stand for the victims ” stated by Mr. Reyes.

     After Mr. Reyes, a teacher from other school also talked and shared her ideas in this activity. She talked about cyber bullying, she also mentioned about the certain things that she observed with the world inline with the technology we have right now. ” The world is starting to look small ” she stated. The seminar in total took three hours and with an hour remaining on the clock. The students continued on playing games like “hep hep horay”

     In the afternoon, the event prepared some activities for the students to participate like poster and slogan making and the art that they have to present during the exhibit that will happen later that afternoon. Each section and grade level has to present their outputs in the gymnasium at exactly two in the afternoon. Each section was given an assigned room to do their artworks in just a mere time of two hours. SC officers took the place of facilitating each participants in their respective rooms.

     After two hours each section successfully displayed their respective outputs in the gym together with their explanations of their artwork. STEM 11 took the win, ABM 21 with first place and STEM 21 with the second place in ARMED ART : DIY campaign artwork and slogan Making Contest. The event was successfully finished its goals together with the students who will go home and enter the school, inspired and bold enough to stand for the victims and stop Bullying.
